The walk-a-thon was a great success! The school raised around $13,000 to help pay for the much needed technology upgrades that the state cut out of the budget. Gianna walked 19 laps and raised $200. Thanks to everyone who supported her. It was so much fun to be up at the school on that day. Layla & I walked a couple laps with Gianna but she just wanted to run with her friends. What a sight to see! I also volunteered in the afternoon to help the 3rd, 4th & 5th graders. What a day!
